Flower/Truss Description:  Flower openly funnel-shaped, wavy lobes, 4" to 5" across, vivid red with a red blotch and ring around base of throat, reverse has red stripe down center of each lobe. Held in conical truss with 17 flowers.

Foliage Description / Plant Habit:  Leaves elliptic or lanceolate, apiculate apex, cuneate base, 8" long, dark green, retained 3-4 years. Plant upright, broad, somewhat decumbent.
