Flower/Truss Description:  Flower openly funnel-shaped, wavy lobes, 2½" across, strong red with dark garnet blotch. Held in ball-shaped truss of 13-15 flowers.

Fragrant:  No

Bloom Time:  Late

Foliage Description / Plant Habit:  Leaves narrowly elliptic to elliptic, acute with apiculus, cuneate base, 5½" long, flat, dark green, retained 2 years. Rounded, well-branched shrub.

Height:  4 feet in 10 years.
