Flower/Truss Description:  Flower widely funnel-campanulate, 4" across, vivid purplish-red. Held in ball-shaped trusses of 10 flowers.

Fragrant:  No

Bloom Time:  Midseason

Foliage Description / Plant Habit:  Leaves narrowly obovate, apiculate apex, rounded base, 4½" long, twisted downward, dark green, retained 3 years. Upright grower. Filtered light will give the plant the best performance.

Height:  4 feet in 10 years.
