 Flower rotate campanulate, 1½" across, pale yellow to white with small rayed dorsal blotch strong greenish yellow, brilliant greenish-yellow with orange yellow spots on the dorsal lobe. Loose truss holds up to 8 flowers.

 Leaves elliptic, acute apex, cuneate base, 1¾" across, glossy, scaly on both surfaces.
