Order Form for Seed Exchange Closeout Sale

Sale open June 17 to July 31.

Before placing your order, read the order instructions to understand the changes in effect for the current year.

First choice seed lot numbers:  (Please list in numeric order.)  To separate your choices hit the space bar three times.
Minimum order is 10 seed packets.

Second choice seed lots that will be used to fill your order if 1st choices are unavailable:  (Please list in numeric order.)  To separate your choices hit the space bar three times.  If second choice lots are sold out other seed lots will be substituted.

You may order multiple packets of a seed lot.  Indicate multiple packets after lot number.  i.e., 23 -155 (3x).

As an ARS member residing within the USA, I will pay by CHECK in $US funds after receipt of seed.

As an ARS member residing within the USA, I will pay by CREDIT CARD via PayPal after receipt of seed.

As a Canadian ARS members I will pay either by postal money order in US funds or by CREDIT CARD via PayPal after receipt of seed.

All orders from countries other than the USA and Canada require purchase of a phytosanitary inspection certificate that costs $30 US.

As an ARS members residing in the European Union (EU) only seed originating in the USA and EU countries can be ordered.  Please pay for the seed lots and phytosanitary certificate by CREDIT CARD via PayPal.

ARS members and non-members residing in the United Kingdom: At this time current regulations prohibit import of plant seeds into the UK.

  

ARS members residing in other foreign countries: Only seed originating in the USA and the country you are ordering from can be purchased. Please pay by CREDIT CARD via PayPal.

Non-ARS member, restrictions apply, please read seed order instructions before placing order.  After notification of the amount due, payment is due in full to the seed exchange.  Your order will be shipped when your payment is received.
