R. 'Cadis'

Elepidote Rhododendron: 'Cadis'

Flower light pink, flushed yellow, 3½" to 5" across, wavy-edges, fragrant.  Held in flat trusses with 9 - 11 flowers.  Blooms late midseason.  Leaves 2¾" long, light green.  Dense, spreading habit.  Typical height: 5 ft. in 10 yrs.  Plant is hardy to -15°F (-26°C).  Hybridized by Gable.

   
R. 'Coral Glow'

Lepidote Rhododendron: 'Coral Glow'

Flower widely funnel-shaped, single, 1½" to 2" across, vivid reddish orange to strong yellowish pink, slightly fragrant.  Terminal truss holds 2-3 flowers.  Blooms early midseason.  Leaves elliptic, flat, acuminate apex, cuneate base, 4" to 4¾" long with scaly indumentum; mahogany color in autumn, retained 15 months.  Broadly upright habit.  Typical height: 4 ft. in 10 yrs.  Plant is hardy to -15°F (-26°C).  Hybridized by Mehlquist.

 
R. 'Delaware Valley White'

Evergreen Azalea: 'Delaware Valley White'

Flower white, unmarked, widely funnel-shaped, single, 2½"-3" across.  Inflorescence 1-3 flowered.  Blooms early midseason.  Leaves ovate, 1" to 1½" long, olive green.  Open, spreading habit.  Grows to a typical height of 6 ft. in 10 yrs.  Hardy to 0°F (-18°C).  Hybridizer is unknown.

 
Gibraltar'

Deciduous Azalea: 'Gibraltar'

Flower vivid orange, flushed red orange, deep crimson in bud, tubular funnel-shaped, frilly edges, 2⅜" to 3" across.  Ball-shaped trusses hold 10-12 flowers.  Blooms midseason.  Leaves elliptic, acute apex, cuneate base, deep green, deciduous.  Mildew resistant.  Upright growth habit.  Grows to a height of 5 ft. in 10 years.  Hardy to -15°F (-26°C).  Hybridized by Edmund de Rothschild.
